River 5th Primary had an activity today. The theme was There is Sunshine in My "Sole" Today. The children brought shoes to donate to a foundation called Soles4Souls, which helps people globally. Lara Millington talked about the different kinds of people that would be helped by our project. Then Amy VanWagenen taught the kids the hymn that our activity was based on and explained how sharing the soles of these shoes will bring happiness to each soul who donated. We then walked on the soles of our shoes to deliver some sunshine to the members of the Bishopbric. Thanks to everyone for their help in making this activity so successful.
